I used MudBox for the Modelling part. I used Photoshop to paint the textures needed (Color, specular and Bump Maps) and finally i imported the HiRes Model to 3d studio Max 8 and rendered it with Vray. the modeling part was completly straight forward since i didn't had something specific in my mind... I just took my poor mouse and started the sculpting using very simple technics (since i don't know any advance :-P). For the texturing i painted the color map first and naturally the specular came from the bump map, also i created a mask to specify the location that the reflections will take part. After that i used the basic three-point lighting to light up my scene, I placed a Vray Plane to serve as ground and finally a few basic settings...and here is the Preview you see from this lovely character... :-P hope you like it
